Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

PassCheck Photo is built around a simple idea: your face is your business. The app checks your photo entirely on your device, and this policy explains exactly what that means.

Photos stay on your device

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data through the app. There is no account to create, and the app does not ask for your name, email address, or government ID numbers. Our App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

Purchases

This website

This website is a static product and policy site. It does not run advertising trackers. If you email us for support, we will see your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to answer you.

Children

Parents and guardians use PassCheck Photo to prepare baby and child passport photos. Because processing happens on the parent's own device and nothing is uploaded, no child's photo or data is collected by us.

Your data rights

The small amount of personal information connected with PassCheck Photo is your order information (such as the email address you give at checkout) and any messages you send us. You control it:

There is no PassCheck Photo account to close: the app has no sign-up, and everything in the app lives on your device, so deleting the app and its exported files removes that data completely.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@passcheckphoto.app, ideally from the email address connected with your order, so we can verify the request is really yours. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete it within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex, we will tell you within that period if we need more time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes to how photos are handled would also be reflected in the app's App Store privacy label.
